This post will benefit grade 12 students (others should know their way around the tertiary education environment – I think)

I have compiled a list of all South African universities including:

  • Closing dates for applications for first time undergraduate students (this is for studying in 2012) (there are two or three university that do not support this infomraion on their websites)
  • Application forms (some universities allow online applications only)
  • Application fees (I published what I could find)

University applications for 2025! Here’s a general guide to help you navigate the process:

Key Dates:

– Application deadlines vary by university and country, but generally fall between:
– June to August 2024 for early applications
– September to November 2024 for regular applications
– December 2024 to January 2025 for late applications
– Check specific university websites for exact deadlines

Application Requirements:

1. Academic records: Transcripts, certificates, and diplomas from previous institutions
2. Standardized tests: SAT, ACT, or other relevant tests (check university requirements)
